This movie gets a lot of hate but DAMN it was great! Wasn’t flawless but I really enjoyed what they did, using new characters, referring old ones, and while some stuff really wasn’t necessary and even hurt the film, overall this is a great watch, especially if you saw the first two. If you’re only in it to see “Light” and “L” or basically ONLY like the anime/manga, and don’t like a little bit of change, you’re gonna be missing out on a really cool film.it has more more thriller elements than the old triology also bit fast paced thats what i liked in it. overall it’s a good movie. iam not anime fan. i only watched the movie series. the story is about 10 year after the incidents of the triology. thats 2016. This movie also good then i watch anime death note light up the new world plz request death note creators plz make this movie anime.

A weird and bizarre movie that rounds out the trilogy of Death Note movies rather nicely. Matsuyama once again gives a great performance as L, whose character is done perfect justice. The movie has a tone that switches between humorous and serious and although one could call it distracting, I found the gags and sheer ridiculousness of a number of scenes to make the movie constantly entertaining. The was really awesome it gave a good look at l.The choice of cast was fantastic these type of concepts are required for a movie not like netflix death note.People may find out the movie not to be intersting if they dont know l properly,the once who know really will enjoy the movie it even show character interaction really nicely,but still the ending got my heart pierced.Movie was good, but the ending was Toy Story-level sad, especially if you watched the anime or knew L as a character well.

This film ends differently to the original anime, which may disappoint a number of die-hard fans. I won’t spoil it here, but I found it to be overall much more satisfying than the anime’s ending. However, people who watch the movie will be divided on whether the ending is better or worse.A solid sequel to the first movie, if you’ve seen the first movie then you can expect the same quality as the first one. I did however find the ending to be a tad far fetched, and you didn’t get to see how the plot twist unfolded. Still a good movie though.The death note is a Manga series which made by Tsugami obha and Takeshi obata and this the story about the note book whose name kill anyone’s and whose name written in this note shall die so it’s a very very interesting story about death note. Maybe this is my favorite movie of all time I love the story and I love the actors.

This movie lacks the quite background music when Light talks and the one when he kills and a lot of backgrounds when he says something interesting or plan succeed + Light’s enthusiastic voice when he’s challenging someone and the voice tone itself and the most important, his very evil smile at times and laugh and the things he say when people challenge him. Light in this movie doesn’t feel natural like the real Light.Light in this movie doesn’t feel natural like the real Light. I mean in the anima/manga version he was way cooler & colder with two sides in him, one for public, one for himself and people cooperating with him, but in this movie I really cannot differentiate between the two sides or maybe there was only one. Ryuk’s mouth is not synced well with what he says, also his eyes are different, they should be yellow with red pupil including some details of his face needs re-work.

When I first heard about Death Note a few years ago I was not appealed at all and had no intention to watch it, but then last year I was searching for a series to watch after finishing Dexter and I stumbled across this again.

In the final episode of Death Note, L is finally located. After a tense standoff, Light defeats his pursuers and is taken into custody. However, as soon as L is locked up, he begins to write a name in the notebook. He gradually starts to realize that this power has its own risks, and that he must be careful with it. This series challenges the viewers morals and for that, it deserves highly. But this debatable topic isn’t the series strong point. Death Note gets a 10 in the story department, because of the way the plot unravels. With great and power and ambition, Yagami Light is forced to play a chair gripping game of cat and mouse with those who seek to detain him. The way L attempts to persecute Light is something I have never witnessed in an anime. The first 15 episodes will magically draw you closer and closer to the scene as suspense hangs over their individual methods for identifying the other. You will not be disappointed.
